Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NeuralCode desktop application and the neuralcode.app website (the “Service”), provided by 2X Labs. By downloading or using NeuralCode, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
License
Subject to these Terms, 2X Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use NeuralCode for your own software-development purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or remove proprietary notices from the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Beta software
NeuralCode is provided as a beta release. It may contain bugs, change without notice, or be discontinued. Features and availability are not guaranteed.
Third-party tools and your responsibilities
NeuralCode orchestrates third-party tools — including the Claude Code CLI and your own version-control and cloud accounts. You are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms, for any usage charges they bill you, and for the code, commands, and data you run through the Service. Keep your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any system.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by 2X Labs and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights other than the license above.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2X Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or code, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
