Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — your email address and, optionally, your name, submitted through the download form.
• Download & site analytics — when you request a download we record the platform, app version, approximate country (from your IP), referring page, UTM campaign parameters, and a one-way hashed form of your email. We do not store your raw email in our analytics.
• In-app diagnostics — the NeuralCode app may send anonymous error reports and high-level usage events to help us fix crashes and improve reliability. This can be disabled in the app’s settings.

How we use it

• To deliver your download and send you the download link by email.
• To send product updates, release announcements, and related communications — only where you have consented, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand demand, improve the product, and maintain security.

Service providers

We share the minimum data needed with trusted processors:

• Resend — sends our emails and stores our mailing list.
• Axiom — stores download and product analytics.
• GitHub — hosts the application download files.
• Vercel — hosts the website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep contact details for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete them. Aggregated analytics may be retained longer in de-identified form.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from communications at any time via the link in any email. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@2xlabs.ai. Depending on your location, you may have rights under the Australian Privacy Act, the GDPR, or other laws.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
