General#
Permission mode controls how much latitude agents have — see Permission modes for the full breakdown. Auto self-review & checks toggles the post-run review and tests (on by default).
Git#

| Branch naming | Choose code-agents/<name> (simple) or conventional type/<name> branches. |
| GitHub CLI | Shows install / auth status, with an Install button when missing. |
| Worktree storage | The read-only path where workspace checkouts are kept. |
Auto-save#
Note
Every toggle, radio and field persists instantly — there is no Save button anywhere in Settings. Press Esc or Back to app to close.
